Encouraging bio-diversity: our gin reflects what we do on the farm. Metanoia gin consists of 13 botanicals that grow on our farm and in the Tradouw valley to produce crisp citrus flavours together with classical juniper notes. Our gin is made by macerating botanicals overnight and then carefully distilled. This technique allows for subtle, yet complex flavours.
