he South African classic – distilled according to regulation to an
alcohol content of no more than 75 ABV from Bon Chretien pears from
the Tradouw Valley and diluted down to 50 ABV after maturing for 12
months in glass.  Expect a more robust but flavourful and aromatic
distillate that is smooth on the palate given the relatively high
alcohol strength. Bottled at 43 ABV – 500ml.
